It usually takes up to 1 month to get a tenant. Yet, there is no defined timeline. We have got tenants for properties sometimes within 5 days. If the rent  is priced correctly,  it gets a tenant quickly.

Unfortunately, we cannot know and do not provide the rent amount of a property - even a range. We are not real estate agents or brokers and not involved in actual negotiations.

No. Every property is unique. Rent of a property depends on several factors including  type of tenants (corporate/ bachelors/ families), size of property, condition, age, layout, furniture, view from property, amenities in society,  etc.   Only the owner himself is the best person to find out the rent of the property.

1. To know the rent trends in your area, you can check trends on realty portals such as 99 acres or Magicbricks.
2. You can also check with your neighbours and society members on current rentals in your society.
